My group sessions will be starting in 2025 so watch out for up and coming dates for those. If there is anything in particular you would like me to cover then please do get in touch and ill see what I can do to help! That's what my service is all about after all, I want to help as may people as I possibly can, be the best that they can be...we all have it in us!
